However, as has been so often observed throughout the industry, it is important to validate all compliance work.

It is also important that as you move towards HIPAA Privacy compliance, that expert assistance be available as needed to respond to your new and emerging issues, both from within your organization, and from without in the country at large. Your personnel will need guidance, and mentoring to achieve full compliance at the least possible costs.     to assist you in any HIPAA crisis that may emerge. This will include providing prioritized discounted access to rapid services, discussion of HIPAA issues, assistance in locating specific professional specialists, and access to expert witness services.

  1. Consulting Hours
    This includes the specified Hours over 12 months. The customer may determine when the utilization of the service best fits their need as their compliance projects or maintenance progresses, but approximates a certain number of hours per month.

  2. HIPAA Compliance Plan Review Report
    This details the analysis and observations of the customer's evolving compliance plan.

  3. GAP Assessment, Audit, And Analysis Review Report
    This details the analysis and observations of the customer's existing or future GAP Assessment, Audit, and Analysis.

  4. Audit Review Report
    Documenting results of the remote audits or optional walk through audit.

  5. Periodic HIPAA News Alerts
    Providing guidance on emerging compliance issues.
